Morning Flow with Russell Thompson
Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa Flow is a more complete type of yoga class, as it typically moves through all the various asana families (i.e. standing postures, backbends, forward bends, etc.). This class is suitable for all levels of practitioner, from beginner to advanced.

Steffi Sorrentino is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) and wellness practitioner. Her classes combine mindful movement, breathwork, and nervous system awareness with energy-based practices such as Reiki, sound healing, and chakra work to create a balanced and restorative experience.
Steffi’s goal is to help students build strength, release tension, and reconnect with their bodies while cultivating a deeper sense of inner calm and alignment.
